Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PitchPlay Pte Ltd’s ("Company," "we," or "us") website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or disclaimers posted on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

1. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to take any actions we deem necessary, including disabling your account, to protect the security of the Platform.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. You may opt-out of certain communications as described in the Privacy Policy, but some services may become unavailable as a result.

4. Admin Content and Conduct

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content. You agree not to upload any content that:

  • Is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful;
  • Violates the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of others;
  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent;
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Contains unsolicited advertising or promotional material without our consent.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove or restrict access to any content or accounts that violate these Terms, or if we believe your actions harm the integrity of the Platform or its users.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for bookings or services provided on the Platform is processed through a third-party payment gateway. By making payments through the Platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment provider. All payments are final, non-refundable, and any exceptions will be made only as required by law. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from the third-party payment service. 6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Platform at our discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if we determine your use of the Platform is detrimental to other users or our business. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the Platform, and we reserve the right to restrict your future access without notice or liability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, trademarks, logos, and materials on it are the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without the prior written consent of the respective owner.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company, if any, for accessing the Platform.
